TeenEagle Refund Policy 2025-2026 Academic Year
All individuals are taken to mean one of the following registration categories: participants, supervising teachers, parent program participators, and/or guests. If a visa is required to enter the event country, please apply for the visa at your earliest convenience to avoid higher cancellation fees (this can be found on the necessary embassy website).
- TeenEagle Online rounds are non-refundable. Unused credits can be applied to any other online round within the same season, to be used by the same participant.
- TeenEagle Regional Rounds are non-refundable. A 20% cancellation fee applies for all cancellations made for any reason more than 60 days prior to the event. A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made for any reason between 15–60 days prior to the event. No refunds are given on/after 15 days prior to the event start date.
- With all payments, any online fees charged by companies such as Stripe are paid by the participants both while buying the product and when receiving any refunds.
- All refunds will be made only to the original fee payer via the original payment method.
- Participants are responsible for any damage they make to the rooms and venues hired and will be charged extra accordingly.
- TeenEagle reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases where participants fail to comply with event regulations or submit incomplete or incorrect documentation.
