TeenEagle Maths – Global Mathematics Competition

Welcome to TeenEagle Maths, an international mathematics competition designed to encourage reasoning, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving across multiple levels. Informed by established approaches to mathematical learning and problem-solving, TeenEagle Maths combines academic challenge with international participation through a range of competitive mathematical rounds and activities.

- The Online Rounds for TeenEagle Maths this season are scheduled as follows:
- 08 November 2025 – Online Round 1
- 06 December 2025 – Online Round 2
- 17 January 2026 – Online Round 3
- 07 February 2026 – Online Round 4
- 07 March 2026 – Online Round 5
- 04 April 2026 – Online Round 6

- The exam is conducted online in our system. It utilizes a auto-proctor software for safe and efficient digital test-taking.
- The exam has 30 multiple-choice questions and you have 90 minutes to complete it.
Global Finals
Participants take part in three competitive rounds, each contributing to the overall Global Finals score.
The Written Exam: 30 multiple-choice questions completed in 90 minutes, designed to assess mathematical knowledge, accuracy, and structured problem-solving.
The Logical Minds Challenge: 5 analytical problems completed in 90 minutes, designed to assess reasoning, pattern recognition, and multi-step mathematical thinking.
The Rapid Fire Round: 80 short-answer, multiple-choice, and true/false questions completed in 80 minutes, designed to assess speed of thinking, decision-making, and accuracy under time pressure.

1.Scoring
Written Examination
• 30 multiple-choice questions completed in 90 minutes
• Contributes 30% to the Overall Champion score
Logical Minds Challenge
• 5 analytical problems completed in 90 minutes
• Contributes 50% to the Overall Champion score
Rapid Fire Round
• 80 short-answer, multiple-choice, and true/false questions completed in 80 minutes
• Contributes 20% to the Overall Champion score
Rapid Fire Showcase
• Top-performing participants may be invited to participate in the live Rapid Fire Showcase
• The Showcase is a separate recognition category and does not affect Overall Champion results
2. Awards & Recognition
• Awards are determined independently for each TMC level
• All scores are standardised to ensure fairness across participants
• Trophies are awarded selectively to reflect a high standard of mathematical performance
• In some cases, fewer than three trophies may be awarded in a category
3. Tie-Breakers
• In the event of a tie, completion time may be considered as a tie-breaker in speed-based rounds
• If participants remain tied in the Overall Champion rankings, performance in the Written Examination may be used to determine final ranking priority

PARTNERS

- Get in touch with your local schools and other educational organisations to explain TeenEagle
- Encourage teachers to start clubs at school
- Encourage students to take our online rounds, set up a Regional Qualifier Round in your country or a paper-based exam.
- Sign up students for Global Finals events and follow them all in our easy-to-use portal.
TEACHERS
- Join one of our Teacher Webinars, conducted monthly from July to December, to learn how TeenEagle materials and lesson plans can help you in your classroom
- Clubs at school:

- Get students to sign up, use our teaching materials and supplement with our zoom club classes
- Qualifier Test:
-
- Have your students take free online rounds to motivate them and train them on the test structures.
- Sign them up for a Regional Qualifier, online or a physical event if available in your country.
- Once students qualify with at least an honourable mention certification, they are able to sign up for a Global Finals event via our TeenEagle portal.
- If you can get 10 students to sign up for a Global Final event, their teacher/supervisor joins them for free!
- TeenEagle events are a great way to network, win awards for your school and motivate your students to become readers and get into the culture of competitions.
STUDENTS
- Sign up on our website to join our portal! / Join a TeenEagle Club at your school!
- Get study materials from the TeenEagle portal, under Event Materials, to help you do your best.
- Take a free online round to practice your skills, learn the test structure and increase your chances.
- Qualify for a Global Final by passing a Qualifier round. This can be an Online Regional Qualifier, a local Paper-Based Regional Qualifier or a Regional Round Event in your country.

- Passing with at least an Honourable Mention Certificate gets you accepted to our Global Finals!
- Choose your Global Finals event and book it! Check out our programmes and what we do during Globals, and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime!
SCHOOL
- Choose a School Leader and use their email to register your school in our TeenEagle portal.

- This account will accept and approve all teachers that are in your organisation so they can follow their students.
- You can send an email to info@teeneagle.org to set up a new school.
- Set up a meeting with our team and your Head of English or International Counselor.
- Set up a TeenEagle school club and encourage students to join.
- Request a school presentation from our team to show your school all about TeenEagle and the Global finals!
AMBASSADOR
- Register yourself as an ambassador with our online form here
- Use our asset bank in our portal to create informative and intriguing social media content, or presentations for schools in your local area.
PARENTS
- Learn about how TeenEagle works andthe benefitsfor your child.
- Speak to your child’s school about setting up TeenEagle clubs to help your little Eagle get ready for our competitions.

Regions For Regional Awards
At the end of each qualifier season, on June 1st, TeenEagle calculates the top 10%, top 5% and top 1% of scorers in all qualifier rounds. The winners for each region are awarded a special certificate to show that they are at the top of their entire region for that year.
