TeenEagle Maths Competition

A global competition where students put their mathematical thinking to the test through challenging problems,
fast-paced challenges,
and the opportunity to prove their skills on the world stage.

TeenEagle Maths Online Qualification Rounds

The Online Qualification Rounds are the first stage of the TeenEagle Maths competition pathway. Participants must successfully qualify through the online rounds to become eligible for the Global Finals.

The examinations are designed to assess mathematical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving across multiple levels within an international competition framework.

Format and Duration

Format and Duration

Every participant begins with the Online Qualification Round — a 90-minute examination consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions. The questions are designed to assess mathematical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving across increasing levels of difficulty.

  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • Format: 30 multiple-choice questions
  • Focus: Mathematical reasoning, computation, and problem-solving

Only participants who successfully qualify through this stage are eligible to participate in the Global Finals.

Qualification Rounds Curriculum

Each age category follows a structured mathematical framework informed by Cambridge curriculum progression and internationally recognised academic standards.

The programme emphasises logical reasoning, problem solving, and mathematical modelling while ensuring clear progression in depth and difficulty.

Questions are developed and reviewed by an international academic panel to ensure fairness, rigour, and global benchmarking.
